Colour Disclaimer

Actual colours may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colours differently and everyone can see these colours differently.  We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as accurate and representative of the item as possible, but please understand the actual colours may vary slightly from that displayed on your monitor/device.  We cannot guarantee that the colours you see accurately portrays the true colours of the product. As with any piece that is left in direct sunlight you may over time see colour fading occur.

These are artistic display items and are not toys.  Please keep out of the reach of young children & pets due to the risk of breakage/damage which could then pose a choking hazard. 

Processing time

I aim to dispatch items within 7 calendar days but the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch can vary.  For details, see individual items. Orders will be dispatched (once payment has been received) by Royal Mail (signed for) or EVRI (signed for). Packaging used for postage will sometimes be recycled materials rather than new. Postage charges are for UK destinations ONLY.

Stock levels

All items are handmade using unique techniques.  As a result, products purchased through the website may periodically be out of stock.  Stock availability may also be affected by seasonal variations, and products may become out of stock after an order has been placed.

In the event that an item purchased is out of stock you will receive an email notification that your purchased item is out of stock and you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to purchase an alternative item of your choice.
